Toowoomba’s Carnival of Flowers celebrated its 76th anniversary last weekend (20–21 September 2025).
The city’s public gardens were free for everyone to enjoy, while ticketed shows and private garden tours added more colour to the program.
Floral Parade in Full Bloom
The Grand Central Floral Parade lit up Saturday, even with a bit of rain. Spectators lined the streets under umbrellas and rain jackets, while floats covered in flowers, bands, and performers kept the crowd smiling. A little rain didn’t stop the fun, if anything, it added sparkle to the petals.
Our team was there and snapped photos from the parade, capturing the colour, creativity, and joy of the day.
