What’s happening?
Fairleigh Residences, Toowoomba’s first luxury CBD apartments, have seen strong demand since their release in recent weeks, with buyers lining up for the opportunity. Developed by FKG Group and built by wholly-owned subsidiary GFG Projects, the boutique residential complex is already well underway. A tower crane is in place, and the first-floor podium has been completed. Construction is expected to finish by spring 2026.
Located at 7-9 Kitchener Street in East Toowoomba, the six-storey development will combine inner-city convenience and security in the Garden City.
Why it matters
With prices starting from $1.75 million, the residences are designed to provide premium living in Toowoomba’s CBD. Each apartment includes two to four bedrooms and media rooms, with sweeping views of Mothers’ Memorial and Queens Park.
FKG Group Manager of Developments, Jack Gardner, said demand shows how Fairleigh Residences are setting a new standard.
“We have experienced significant interest in Fairleigh Residences, a development that is elevating Toowoomba’s residential market to a new level of innovation and sophistication,” Mr Gardner said.
“Buyers are prioritising quality, comfort, security and convenience and Fairleigh Residences has all these in abundance.”

The project is backed by FKG Group, a privately owned Tier-2 contractor with more than 1,000 employees across its companies. With a history of supporting the communities where it works, the company has built a reputation over 50 years for delivering construction, civil and development projects.
