The program, run and coordinated by Cotton Australia with support from the Cotton Research and Development Corporation (CRDC), is held every two years and aims to develop leadership knowledge, skills and experience across the cotton supply chain. Applications are open to growers, consultants, merchants, and research and extension personnel who wish to develop their leadership skills and complete a project related to their area of interest. The course is designed for the best and brightest young people from across the industry. Applications close on November 28, and the program will conclude with a graduation ceremony
