What’s Happening?

Hearing concerns can start small, but they can affect daily life in many ways.

For a child, missed sounds can affect speech, learning and confidence. For an adult, it may mean missing parts of conversations, phone calls or everyday moments.

Neurosensory is offering professional hearing care through two Toowoomba clinics, located at Medici Medical Centre and St Andrews Private Hospital.

The service covers hearing tests, hearing aids, tinnitus support, cochlear implant support and hearing accessories. Its audiologists also provide dizziness and balance testing, ear protection, and support for workplace matters.

Both clinics offer comprehensive hearing testing and hearing services for clients seeking practical, personalised care.

Appointments can be made by calling 1300 965 513.

Why It Matters?

Hearing plays a quiet but important role in everyday life.

It can shape speech, learning, work, relationships, independence and confidence. When hearing concerns are left unchecked, they can make simple daily moments harder than they need to be.

Neurosensory’s model brings audiologists together with Ear, Nose and Throat specialists. This gives clients access to hearing care supported by broader medical experience.

The company says it only employs highly qualified hearing health professionals. Its clinicians also follow the Code of Conduct of Audiology Australia and the Australian College of Audiology.

For patients and referrers, the service offers hearing care built around clinical support, practical advice and ongoing treatment options.

By The Numbers

  • Neurosensory has provided hearing services for more than 48 years, supporting thousands of patients across Australia.
  • The company was established in 1978 by Dr Anthony Canty, an Otolaryngologist, at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital in Brisbane.
  • Neurosensory now operates 26 clinics across Australia and works with more than 60 Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons.
