Middle Ridge home could set new price benchmark

Middle Ridge

The owners of a seven-bedroom three storey home at 3 McAdam Court, Middle Ridge, have launched a renewed push to sell the landmark home.

The vendors have appointed new agents to handle the sale, with Remax’s Jacqui Walker, now handling the sale of the property which could threaten the highest price paid for a Toowoomba home.

The home at 3 McAdam Court is listed asking for offers between “from $5.5m to $6.5m”.

The record Toowoomba price was set in 2024 when an 1867-built, heritage-listed home at 4 Fernside Street, East Toowoomba, was reportedly sold for $6.52 million.

The Middle Ridge home was built by respected builder Ron Gilbert in 1989 and it was completely renovated in 2015.

The home sits on a 4000sqm site and features an illuminated wine gallery for 312 bottles, Ralph Lauren wall textiles and light fittings, Kemlan fireplaces with marble surrounds, vaulted ceilings and coffered ceilings.

The home features Escarpment views, a flood-lit tennis court, a heated pool, a separate spa, entertainment decks and a pool house.
