An 18-year-old woman reported missing from Kearneys Spring has been located, safe and well.
Queensland Police thanked the public in the search for the missing woman.
Earlier police had appealed for help after the 18-year-old, who suffers from a medical condition, went missing near Black Gully Reserve on Holberton Street around 9.30 am.
The successful search for the woman comes as Toowoomba police are preparing a report to the coroner following the death of a Middle Park man who disappeared four weeks ago.
The body of Dale Cook was found in bushland last week, three weeks after he was first reported missing.
The 61-year-old disappeared on August 11 while going for a lunchtime walk.
