The Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers will launch its 75th year with the Food and Wine Festival, from September 13 to 15, 2024. This three-day event will showcase an exciting mix of food, beverages, and entertainment, including a one-metre-long toasted marshmallow Pavlova.
