Police are ramping up efforts to find a 38-year-old woman reported missing from Newtown in Toowoomba .
Allessandra Sparta has not been heard from for more than a week. She was last seen on Sunday, November 3 but she had been in phone contact with her family. However, the phone calls stopped on Wednesday, November 20.
Family and police have concerns for her welfare because she has a medical condition.
She is described as 165cm tall, with slim build dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Police encourage Allessandra or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact them.
Meanwhile, a 45-year-old man who went missing from Laidley last Friday was found safe on Wednesday.
