With partnerships forged with Tommerup Dairy Farm, Towri Sheep Cheeses, and more, they showcase the region’s diverse offerings. Chris, with roots in Scotland, prioritises ethically sustainable produce, aligning seamlessly with The Paddock’s commitment to freshness.

From London to Down Under

The duo met at The Ritz, in London, and their journey led them to Australia in 2011.

With stints at renowned establishments like Hervé’s Restaurant & Bar in Brisbane and One and Only Hayman Island, they have mastered creating innovative dishes.

Using modern techniques, their refined approach promises an unpretentious fine dining experience.

Paddock-to-Plate Philosophy
