The Scenic Rim Winter Harvest Festival now spans three days, offering an immersive farm-to-fork experience. The festivities kick off with a Friday night Winter Harvest Dinner, featuring exquisite dishes prepared by Scenic Rim Food Ambassador Chef Daniel Groneberg at The Roadvale Hotel.
Saturday sees the festival come to life with over 60 stalls, cooking demonstrations, and the famed Tractor Pull competition, a crowd favourite.
Culinary Delights and Unique Activities
Attendees can savour the unique Carrot Ice Cream, produced in Australia’s carrot capital, and participate in the fun-filled Carrot Tossing competition. The Homestead Kitchen stage will feature cooking demonstrations from renowned chefs, including Alison Alexander, Josh Lopez, and Cameron Matthews.
The festival also introduces the Celebration of Lost Culinary Arts, reviving traditional cooking techniques and recipes.
