Toowoomba artists are being invited to join the 75th anniversary celebrations for the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers.
Artists are encouraged to create works in any medium responding to the theme, Carnival Queens, or the 2024 Carnival of Flowers theme, It’s a Party.
Submitted works will be considered to be put on display during the carnival. Artists whose works are selected for display will be paid National Association for Visual Arts rates for the loan of work during the exhibition.
Artists can submit up to three artworks (maximum size 120cm high x 120cm wide) to be considered for selection. Submissions are free of charge, and there is no entry fee.
The curated exhibition, Carnival Queens, will be on display at the Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery from Saturday, August 24 until Sunday, November 17, 2024.
